The rewards page states I have redeemed the reward. I have called three times and I have gone to my local xfinity store. No one can help.

Asking about "Peacock" or "Rewards" produced nothing useful. Reading further I saw the some had success with the Xfinity app. The activation email did not mention this and I never would have thought of it because I'd rather cut off a finger than try to use that pitiful app, especially when I'm sitting at a full size desktop.
