The "comp" isn't very effective. We're talking about something that only gets gassed a tiny bit before the barrel blocks the comp as the slide reciprocates. You're exhanging almost an inch of barrel length to have the inherently least effective comp you could design. I think the x macro and tacops have the same finish. The P365 X-macro isn't that much smaller than the stock m18 but is definitely thinner which would help with printing. If you wanted smaller the P365X is a better option without going to a much shorter grip in the P365. And, a PMM comp can be placed on the front giving the same length as the Xmacro.

The P365 X Macro - basically a standard P365 XL but with the Macro frame instead. Not sure how many mags come standard. The P365 X Macro Tac Ops - has the extended slide catch and enhanced mag well, and comes with 4 mags. I've seen a few with suppressor height sights from the factory as well. The P365 X Macro Comp - has the compensated slide.
The p365 is the one with the most concealibility at the cost of shootability. I think the p365X or the p365 XL are also valid choices for remaining concealed but with a larger grip with flush magazines and still 12/15 round capacity.
