FYI Moonveil did not avoid nerfs. Its stagger damage was significantly decreased, but that wasn't documented in the patch notes. The posture damage is reduced (seems about the level of Unsheathe now, which is still very good) and the recovery on the R2 version of the weapon art is longer, but not punishingly so. Update: Comparing to Unsheathe, I don't really notice much or any difference in the recovery time, so the slower recovery thing might be a red herring.
