Possible scam by Instacart shopper. So today I placed an order for about $75 bucks worth of stuff. When I got my order, the guy knocked on my door and said he had an issue with my order that he needed to pay for an item out of pocket. I was flustered and didn't really know what to say, so I just handed him a bit of cash to pay for the item.

The email from "instacart" was almost identical to the real one I've gotten in the past. My heart sinks and I instantly get nervous. The email goes on to say an instacart member would be reaching out to me shortly to discuss the details on the order and to get to the bottom of this issue. I'm so nervous.
