On the DPS side, you have alacrity Mirrage and power staff weaver is also still there, even though it's not the best ATM, and WvW Necro and probably other WV builds, on the support side we have heal Firebrand, Druid, Rev (heal or alac), maybe Necro too. 4. U can in fact tank in raids but most ppl will not appreciate it unless its off tank on SH. But if u wanna tank on necro your best best is scourge. If by tank you mean take aggro on bosses builds for that are quite odd in GW2 and only used in certain encounters, not really efficient to build an entire character around it. Necro sustain comes from 4 places. Debilitating conditions like blind, chill, weakness, cripple, bind, and fear. Poison, torment, bleeds, and corruptions indirectly help even the odds, too. Condition management skills and traits like Plague Signet. The mech can solo most things, does amazing high burst dps while being very quick and survivable, very few buttons to push cab basically auto attack.
