I recently started a solo campaign with mods and I managed to kill a naturally spawning endworm in the abyss, but I never got a achievement for it. I've seen other posts say that the achievement was bugged, but that was over a year ago. I was also under the impression that mods don't disable achievements, so I'm not sure if that was the cause.
