I can't say for the end game, but getting these from global 6666 with Wraithlord Bone Circlet (1-2 alchemies) with Sidhebreath Amulet (1-2 alchemies) and Bitterdream (5-10c) will give you a 10/10 leveling experience. You need to get the minion block wheel and hp wheel, and the +1 spectres.
