Nagakiba is better in every way. It has a better moveset and gives you better stance break capabilities which is helpful for boss fights while the longer reach is useful in PVP. Naga much better range. Two handed heavy Uchi for damage and style. Nagakiba is too long for me, looks silly.The Nagakiba is the star of the show here. The sword is the longest of all the weapons in the game with a swift moveset. You can safely poke enemies from a distance with this in your hand.
