The first week I've done a few 2 or 3 chests runs with 835 ilvl, +4 the week later 2 chests at 840. What you can do will depend on your skill, what you can get into depends on your role. Dragonflight season 2 has some changes coming for Mythic+ affixes. In the past a second affix spawned at mythic 4+, a third at lvl 7+ and the final at lvl 10+.
