I have a super-simple reactor with a 7x7 block of cells surrounded by a few active coolers filled with liquid redstone. I have a simple OpenComputers program that toggles the reactor based on the heat, power, and fuel.Then, go into an optimizer or design the reactor your self and stick with that fuel especially if you use an optimizer since the results are very specific to that fuel. If you want to use a lot of different fuels make a reactor with a very high negative number and whenever you switch fuels make sure you are heat negative.Decent way to force prog through NuclearCraft, but god I wish the quest book walked through this process instead of just having a quest for all the random machines >.> ... NuclearCraft doesn't work like Extreme Reactors does, where (basically) the bigger you build it, the more power it produces. NC's energy production is a function of how hot your fuel burns, and how much your reactor can absorb without overheating (unlike ER's reactors, NC's can melt down if you build them wrong).All I really want it for the thermal monitor to work with the NuclearCraft fission reactor, so that I can trigger a redstone signal with it. IIRC Fission controllers need a redstone signal to operate. Have an energy storage output redstone signal when X% full (Ender IO and RF tools both have blocks that can do this), and invert the signal to the reactor. So, I just realized I'm stupid and where I messed up.
Obviously, a NuclearCraft Fission Reactor is a great place to start! Once the reactor reaches the ignition temperature of 8 MK (mega Kelvin), the fusion reaction between the two fuels will commence - the heat will begin to rise much more quickly and the products of the reaction will be generated.
