It may be you have a bad wheel bearing as that was my expirance in my '09. It effected the traction control/stabilitrax sensor possibly draining battery.

Since all of the traction control and Stabilitrak is turned off when the truck is engaged into 4 wheel drive low range, there should be a way to fool the computer to think the truck is in low range when it is in 4 high or 2 wheel drive.
