Skyrim dupe glitch.
Never heard the "drop it" before - must be a new rumor. But anyway, yes, the latest patch removed the dupe glitch. It was working fine prior to the patch - I made a copy of the Helm of Yngol and Tavern Clothes and Boots I looted fromSuzanna the Wicked's corpse, as well as the Gloves Of The Pugilist before getting the patch alert.
