Usps lost letter.
Unfortunately, USPS "lost" a letter from IRS for my daughter. I don't understand how they lose mail when they had the chance to scan them for the informed delivery service. I checked the "I did not receive this mail" box on my USPS account but never heard from them and the letter was never delivered. It's been 2 months.
