Well, I use my bases for growing & harvesting plants, crafting items that require two or three inputs, fabricating stasis devices, etc. it houses my exocraft, which I can call anywhere using my base in the sky, the freighter. Basically it turns it into a walking tank and I love it.Use the shock beam (or whatever it's called) that you unlocked as you upgraded the minotaur. These serves to stun your target. Then quickly switch to mining beam for 400% damage multiplier when enemies are shocked. Regular sentinels melt like butter. The walker does not BUT should be in a perpetual state of shock if you're doing it properly.
