I don't know what that dude was talking about. Drop rates on the lost sectors at both levels seems like it's way lower than last. Last season I could get an exotic drop every 4-5 runs. This season I've gotten 2 drops in about 5 total hours (probably ~20 runs). I do not know if the exotics will drop for those without Beyond Light DLC or Season Pass. It will be much more helpful should there be sources or people who have yet to get the Season Passes for Season of the Chosen, Season of the Splicer, & Beyond Light DLC to confirm or not confirm on getting Lost Sector specific exotics.
