HEB debit is not a bank. It's a prepaid debit card. I did read everything before trying to switch; they did not mention fees for debit card transfers. They now try to charge me a fee when I try to move money back to my primary account. The workaround is bank to bank, but it takes 3 business days. This "not bank" is holding my money hostage.
