Newer washer has 3 wires with the 3rd being for a sensor or relay. Unable to bypass. Additionally, the lid lock was not a plug/unplug at the switch. Rather it was one complete kit that required you to connect under the control panel. Horrible design. Far better had it been a simple unplug at the lid lock switch. Nevertheless, ordered the part.
