I took the sensor out and cleaned it with a bit of degreaser and air put the sensor back in and everything is working fine I did a bit more research into the problem and a lot ... I got a P3400 code Cylinder deactivation system Bank 1 confirmed. So I did some research and went and had the oil changed. Ran fine for about a day. Warning light never went out. Eco mode never activated during that time. Light never came on and it felt like it was us all 6 cylinders all the time (silky smooth).I am getting a code of P3400 for my dodge ram 1500 hemi. And the factory one is also working. This leads me to believe there was something wrong in the system. BTW, I could not erase the code using the OBD scanner. I disconnected the battery to reset the system. When I started the engine again, the check engine light stayed off.
