I wouldn't use miledown. I would use the anking overhaul deck. Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review. There are 2900 cards in the deck. I used it as my only source of content review and got a 515! I think JS is better but miles is good. It's great, depending on your needs! It's definitely still relevant. Just keep in mind that it's based on u/MileDown's MCAT Review Sheets.

I want to finish reviewing all high yield content first then do details after I start practice exams.
