A psychologist treats, a psychiatrist medicates, IIRC. (it's been a long time since my college psych course, and I'm not very familiar with Lyra.

Lyra is good for people who are either figuring out that they have anxiety or some kind of mild mental health issues for the first time or people who don't need a lot of therapy/support (or for people who don't want to admit they need more therapy). I have therapy 3 times a week. I would go through the 20 free sessions in two months.
