I took it over a year ago but if I remember correctly it was only offered during one semester a year. Totally worth it if you can get into it though. You should check these recommendations on gradetoday.com to see the grade distributions of each prof/class and check if they are actually 'easy'.
For the most part, humanities courses will be easier then accounting and math. The electives are for people in every year of study and they are all pretty easy (I have heard bad things about history of chocolate). Just pick one that is interesting to you.
