If the average AAMC passage is a 5/10, UWorld (for me) is a 7/10, and Picasso is a 10/10. I was scoring 129-131 in CARS (85-90% on QPacks) and got an 80% overall on UWorld. 5.Out of any third-party CARS resource, UWorld comes the closest to the AAMC style. In particular, the way that most of the questions are written is very representative of the AAMC logic. I highly recommend using it if you have access to it. There’s one main drawback: the difficulty.
