The new ruleset for Blood of Baal really helps me get the most out of my Jormungandr Hive Fleet Adaptation, which essentially boosts my units’ armour saves unless I run or charge. When combined with the new Adaptive Physiology rules, I can give one of my Carnifexes the Dermic Symbiosis rule, lending them a tasty 5+ invulnerable save.

Probably Adaptive Exoskeleton (6+ invul save on termagants, hormagaunts and gargoyles) and Pack Hunter (+1 AP on melee weapons when your unit outnumbers the enemy unit).
