The essence of tricaru is that it does an insane number of attacks via atb manipulation, before any enemy gets a chance to move. Each set of 4 moves adds potentially 4x40% = 160% atb. This keeps you ahead of the enemies, while the turn-cycling repeats. (Eventually, an enemy can move, via 7% gain each time someone moves.)

Long story short I wanted to try and make a full 100% crit tricaru team after finding out I could actually make a rage/determination icaru with close to 100% crit. Took a long time of slowly grinding and reapping runes since I'm not a whale, one icaru got stuck at 99% crit for the longest time even after I spent all my crystals on the rune ...for people that have the tricaru dragons team and cant be asked to build a giants team for the event. same icarus. water homu speeds the run up a lot with constant s1 aoe dmg and dots. vampire laika is a safety net. not sure if garo works. speed can vary due to annoying mid boss resistance, so if you have higher accuracy it should be faster.TL;DR: I built tricaru as was suggested in u/KosAcc_ 's post and it works great. In many Tricaru posts they already mentioned fire gargoyle for fight/determination runes to help with the stats but the speed tuning is much more harsher (and you need the gargoyle to be constantly at at certain hp%) All in all it is probably not easier and has been discussed before with stats. So thats maybe why people are downvoting.Making Tricaru in comparison to meta teams in the past is a cake walk. No one is forcing you to create a Tricaru team in 1 day. Getting a Tricaru team isnt just about that sub 1 min run. It opens up your OP runes for other monters. When DB12 was released I actually used my most OP Vio runes on Perna, Laika or my fastest high acc Vio on DB12 teams.

I would love to build a tricaru team, but to do so I would need some better guard runes, for which I would need to run db12. This is currently the only team I've got that kinda works (still need to 6 star my lantern, so he keeps dying a bit more often than necessary). So thanks for this team, bit I guess I still need to work on the builds.
