Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame.

I have never heard of Sig acknowledging any issues other than a bad batch of strikers but I probably couldn't find the source. SIG had a bad run of them early in P365 production but that problem was licked a long time ago.
