May 13, 2023 · Lounge deck 4- do not buy. My review is directly related to the deck 4 lounge. My daughter took me to see Janet Jackson for Mother’s Day. When we first got to PNC Pavilion, no one could tell us where the deck was so we spent time wondering around not focused on the show. The crowd there was massive and everyone seated around my section was very friendly.
