The ECU directly & soley controls the IAC, the signal that it sends the IAC is dependant on input from 6 other sensors (CPS, TPS, ECT, MAT, MAP and oil pressure).

Back that screw out about 1/4 turn and see if that's it. That's a ease of steering adjustment, I guess. I hope that solves your problem.
