Eleonora's pole blade scales a bit better with arcane but still not enough to be worth 50 point stat dump. Eleonora's is a blender now. The Ash of War is decent, but I'm not impressed about anything else with the weapon, even with very high DEX/ARC investment. Yes the scaling is very low and passive bleed also sucks. Rivers of blood is ok but not an arcane weapon because it scales with dex.
