No complaints about the Enigma, once I replaced the leg leash with a small DCC clip on the front. I use it with a P365 X-Macro with TLR7A.There are enough reviews and opinions on the Enigma out there, just check this sub or YouTube as a start. Not familiar with the Hunter Constantine, but that price is nuts for a belt.
