Ford escape shudder problem.

Slow right turns in the driveway will make a subtle grinding noise. At higher speeds, like when swaying towards the right at 20mph down the road it really makes noise. May 17, 2018 · Starting from a stop at a light or intersection there is a significant shudder at 10-15mph. After that it's gone. Right turn or left, or straight ahead. Light throttle not so noticeable. Up hill or moderate throttle its significant. Everything looks good underneath. Kind of a mystery. This is a low gear only issue. (AWD 2005, 3L automatic).
