Go outside and open the customer access panel on the ONT. there’s gonna be a bunch of LED indicators and they should be lit. If no lights are light than it is indeed a power issue. Look for a light that says fail and another light that says optical. Optical should be green and fail should be off.

So on Wednesday, we had a power outage from a storm, and once we got power back none of my Fios services were online. I’ve tried rebooting the router, cycling power to the ONT, and nothing connects.
