Try priming it by pressing the start button with no brake for a few seconds. Keep in mind, that if the battery has gone dead, been unhooked, replaced, etc. some of the codes may have cleared. Start with the ignition key at the off position. Rotate it from off to run (not start) 3 time within 5 seconds. you'll end up leaving it in run. Any stored codes will display on the odometer readout.
