However, even after installing 60 FPS mod, my FPS don't go beyond 30. They usually stay at 30 with a slight drop here and there. I have disable vsync as well. My specs are: RTX 2070 Max Q. 8750H (2.2 - 4.1 Turbo boost) Even if I am at max cpu clock, the fps don't go beyond 30. Am I missing here somethin.

Ur specs cant do 60 fps on yuzu. the 60fps mod is broken. It actually causes the game to run at half speed. As suggested, if you want to play it at 60fps you'll have to use cemu. I think you can easily get 60fps using cemu (wii u) instead of yuzu.. you can always give it a try.

This means BoTW on yuzu will, best-case, look as good as the Wii U version, never better. The above also applies to Switch ports of other Wii U games like MK8; they run far better on Cemu. If you really want it to stay at 30 fps you can always activate the frame limiter in Emulation > Configure... > General > Framerate Cap. 1.
