The blacksmith at the fishmarket in novigrad is gone. Help! I’ve tried coming back at different times of the day but he just isn’t there. Dont worry, even if he doesnt come back there is a really good one in novigrad you’ll have to do a quest for. Until then use the other blacksmiths in velen.

I went to the map and toggled the filters on and off etc., tried during day and night and I'm getting nothing.
