I turn on the ignition switch and the spedometer lights up as well as the turn signal lights. I press the starter button and it does not turn over at all. Peer down to the bottom and you will see two small holes. Run a fine piece of copper wire through them to make sure they are clear. Metal corrodes, rubber rots, etc. No manufacturer can really correct those things. Certain models of the 1500 had a plastic oil gear that was prone to failure.1500 Nomad clutch problem. I'll bet you'll find the battery is toast. Every time the battery drops below 12.4v, it sulphates. Too much sulphation, and it no longer holds an adequate charge.
