Use PKSM to pull the pokemon from the save data to the local bank storage, you'll have to configure the settings for each DS save file so PKSM knows where to look. From there you can move them to an eshop or physical generation 6 or 7 game and move them into bank, then to home. Tldr: find a pre-made patch or set your cheats up in twilight, copy the cheat file and make a patch onto the rom on android/pc, then replace the rom/set the new forward. Updating. Universal-Updater.
