We took the ferry from Ft Morgan to Dauphin Island and back again. While up on the observation platform we saw several dolphins swimming by. You can also see the Sand Island Lighthouse from the ferry ride. It was a nice way to see the bay and Dauphin Island from the Gulf Shore side without driving 2-1/2 hours there and 2-1/2 hours back.
