It's not possible to get a positive at 5dpo. The very earliest the most sensitive test can give you a positive is 8dpo (and that's assuming you don't implant late). An embryo won't have implanted by 5dpo so your body can't be producing any HCG that early. Wait at least three days, preferably more, and try again. Quote.
