Dell computer blinking orange.

Hello All, We have a Vostro 3559. Recently we ran into one issue with the laptop. it is not booting. display is always black. however i can hear the fan noise and i noticed pattern in blinking led lights. it blinks white 7 times and then orange for 3 times. I also tried to display test (pressed D and powered on), it displays colors and that's it.1. Power off computer. Remove AC adapter, all peripherals (printers, scanners or any other USB device)and then battery from computer. 2. Press and hold the power button of your computer for about 20 seconds to drain the residual power and then release. 3. Replace battery, AC adapter, power on system.I re-turn on the laptop but it stuck at the Dell logo page with 3 orange 6 white light blinking. I try different methods to reset my bios setting: (1) hold "Ctrl + Esc" and turn-on the laptop, (2) unplugged the battery and SSD, and (3) using USB drive.to restore bios, and etc. Still, the problem remains and I cannot reset my bios.Does not boot, move the module to slot 2 and again see if the system boots, no boot, try the module in slot 3, no boot, try installing in slot 4.
