The Cajun girl poboy was really good with sautéed onions, peppers, shrimp and crawfish in. Little bit of cream sauce, stuffed into toasted, really yummy French bread - not your usual airy poboy bread. Very tasty but rich. Worth the try but I couldn't finish the half.
